JULIA/JULIA LIFE WITH BUTTER

I just finished watching Julia/Julia and it occured to me how much more fun it was to write that blog.  Hard to understand how Julia Childs lived to be 91 years old and eat all that wonderful butter.    I refuse to have a blog that can’t be imaginative and fun and has to talk only about “interest rates” and “market upturns” so I will assign myself to look at homes in a different light and bring you ideas and thoughts that are interesting and unusual about a property as I see it.  To make it really good they should all be stired with a warm buree blanc sauce and served with candle light!  Photos to follow…

STAGING TIPS AND ACCIDENTS

Just because talking about real estate can be somewhat boring and if you listen to the news daunting…we are going to also have fun staging tips…does and don’t when you are considering selling your house and anything else that we can think of to entertain you … or just want to read blog because it might be fun!   Let’s not think real estate—let’s think “lifestyle”!  Even the smallest of spaces can be made into your own personal paradise…and this is from someone that spends a LOT of time reading on the couch- my own personal island!

Compare Bridges Prices

 Of all the custom homes that are listed in The Bridges- Rancho Santa Fe if you take the square footage price of 18350 Calla La Serra and compare it should be listed at $4,186,000— if you take SOLDS it should sell for $3,661,000—- SO it’s evident we have priced this house to “fly into” a new owners hands!  If buyers are familiar with the community of The Bridges they will know the community is a magical piece of Tuscany transported into Rancho Santa Fe…many houses  there are formal and dark to some degree—not only was this home designed to be light and airy – it IS bright and airy truly blending the best of all worlds.  Since it offers one of the countryi’s best golf courses maybe I can entice Tiger Woods —just trying to lighten things up!  It’s a fabulous house…
